Design and Engineering
Prototype building hinges on the skills of expert designers. The die comes to life on the workstation screens, where specialists model surfaces and generate toolpaths for milling machines.
Hot stamping
The hot stamping is a thermo-mechanical cycle to which they are subjected to boron microalloyed steels (22MnB5) during forming. The sheet is heated in the furnace until it reaches 950°C to obtain an austenitic microstructure.
Metrological inspections
very step of production is subject to stringent controls by specialized personnel. All products are inspected and approved before delivery to the customer, and are accompanied by full documentation.
